The Omega Speedmaster Professional is by far one of our most favorite chronographs. The Speedmaster has an incredible history starting with automotive racing moving into flight and eventually to NASA and the U.S. Space Program.  There are many subtle differences within the vintage Omega Speedmaster range of references that make them all slightly unique and different.

This Speedmaster is the first watch released by Omega to commemorate and acknowledge the growing and passionate Omega Speedmaster fanbase and online community. #SpeedyTuesday has been a steady and consistent online social media since 2012. To acknowledge this Omega only produced 2012 examples worldwide which sold out in less than one hour after its online exclusive release.

The Omega  “Speedy Tuesday” takes its design characteristics from the initial 1978 “Speedmaster Alaska III” model, which was produced for NASA, who ordered the watch based on anti-reflective requirements as well as an easy-to-read dial for space fight. The “Speedy Tuesday” has stayed true to these design elements with matt-finished stainless steel case and radial "Reverse Panda" subdials with enlarged numerals. Additionally, the ceramic engraved tachymeter bezel and white subdials also glow and possess a luminous material when exposed to light which is a unique feature specific to teh #speedytuesday Speedmaster

The case retains all of its factory protective stickers and remains in factory unworn condition. The original Omega factory leather strap is included with the original Omega stainless steel buckle. 

DIAL & HANDS

The dial and hands remain in factory condition without any marks of blemishes.
